I was coming home from work across the Wisconsin Bridge towards Dickeyville, and my brakes gave out. The first thing I thought of was “ Oh crap!” I needed my car for tomorrow. I pulled into Hinderman‘s. And I told Keith what was going on that I didn’t have any brakes. This was probably a little after 2 o’clock. Keith was really nice. He told me they could look at my brakes this afternoon and if all goes well, he could have my car done today. Keith even gave me a ride home while they worked on my car. They had my car done before 5 o’clock. I can’t thank Keith and the guys enough. They are great and professional and Keith is a super nice guy! I would definitely recommend people go to Hinderman‘s if they need work done!

Hinderman’s came highly recommended by the owner of my former auto shop. I was sold on the fact the owner and one of his employees are former Ford Dealership auto techs. The shop is also closer to my home, which is real convenient. Big plus is I get to support a local business. Keith was honest and fair and left me feeling that I can stretch some more life out of my 2018 F150. Was easy to set an appointment and my truck was completed in a timely fashion. Real happ I found a local shop that specializes in Ford vehicles. Would highly recommend and I definitely will be a repeat customer.

No, we focus on mechanical and electrical repairs only: Our services include general auto maintenance, brake repair, tune-ups, oil changes, electrical diagnostics, and more. We also offer towing services for breakdowns and roadside emergencies.

Do you offer warranty?

• Most general repairs come with 2yr labor warranty.

How does the after‑hours vehicle drop‑off process work?

Our after‑hours drop‑off service allows you to leave your vehicle the night before your scheduled appointment at a time that’s convenient for you. To use this service, you must have an appointment scheduled in advance. Once booked, you may drop off your vehicle anytime the night before, as long as it’s at least 24 hours ahead of your service time. When you arrive, simply place your keys in our secure drop box, and our team will check your vehicle in the next business day and follow up with any updates or questions.

How does vehicle pick‑up work after service, and how do I pay?

After your service is complete, you can pick up your vehicle during our regular business hours. Please note that all payments must be made in person, and if you are paying with a credit card, the cardholder must be present at the time of payment—no over‑the‑phone or remote credit card payments are accepted. If you have any questions about your invoice, payment options, or the pick‑up process, simply call our team, and we’ll be happy to walk you through everything and address any additional questions you may have.

Do you take payment plans?

No, full payment is required at the time of service.

Do you have a waiting room available while my vehicle is being serviced?

At this time, we do not have a waiting room available for customers during service appointments. Because of this, we ask that you plan to drop off your vehicle and return once the service is complete. If you have questions about the estimated service time or need help coordinating drop‑off and pick‑up, please feel free to call our team, and we’ll be happy to assist with any details or additional questions.
